Leaders’ Mentoring Group

The Leaders’ Mentoring Group is designed to bring together the core members of our small groups regularly to foster growth, collaboration, and support as they shepherd their SGCs. This initiative aims to equip our leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively guide their groups, while also providing a platform to share experiences and celebrate achievements.

Objectives:
1. Equipping Leaders: Each session will include training and resources to enhance leadership skills and deepen understanding of biblical principles.

2. Mutual Learning: Leaders will have the opportunity to learn from one another by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

3. Challenge Sharing: A safe space for leaders to discuss challenges they face within their groups and receive support and advice from peers.

4. Milestone Celebrations: Recognizing and celebrating the milestones and successes of each group, reinforcing the impact and progress of our collective efforts.
Schedule:
• Frequency: Bi-monthly (every two months)
• Format: In-person meetings with facilitated discussions, workshops, and collaborative activities.
